Types Of Training

Pilates Private Training

One-on-one Pilates sessions with you and an instructor. The instructor customizes this workout for your unique individual needs. Your session may incorporate the reformer, cadillac, chair, barrel, spine corrector and/or mat. We highly recommend beginning with a private session before starting duets or trio classes. If you have any injuries or chronic concerns, private sessions may be the best place for you to start.

Pilates Semi-Private Training

2-4 clients to one instructor. The instructor designs a program to accommodate the needs of both you and your partners utilizing the equipment and mat. You may find your own partners or contact us with desired day and time And fitness level and we will do our best to match you. Theses group sessions are not on our class schedule and can be arranged according to your needs.

Group Equipment Class

3-4 clients to one instructor. This class is designed to access the weak or illusive areas of your body to uniformly build alignment and muscular balance using a mat/pilates equipment combination. The reformer, tower, chair, spine corrector and small props may be incorporated. Check our schedule for listings. All Classes are multilevel unless specified otherwise. We recommend starting with our intro package including 3 privates and 3 classes at a terrific savings!

Introduction To Pilates Group Session- $150

A six week introduction to the Pilates Equipment.
This is a consecutive session offered at a reduced cost.
